On 10th November our beloved Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the President of China Xi Jinping are anticipated to join out the virtual apex’s of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) , on 17th November the Brazil-Russia-India-China-South Africa (BRICS) grouping on and the G20 during November 21-22.
This will be the first time our PM and President of China will join an online meeting after the problems in Ladakh since May and the virtual SCO apex is being hosted by the Russia.
Earlier the two leaders had joined a virtual G20 apex in the month of April this year for the discussion of the Coronavirus pandemic, which has muddled most diplomatic engagements.
People familiar with developments said on condition of anonymity that the external affairs ministry is making hectic preparations for all these summits and meetings, especially to push India’s efforts to have a greater role in the manufacturing and delivery of vaccines for Covid-19 and in shaping the post-pandemic world order by reforming multilateral bodies and creating more resilient and diverse supply and value chains.
