Coronavirus Cases in Maharashtra: As COVID-19 cases are rising gradually over the past one month, CM Uddhav Thackeray asks concerned officials to keep all options on standby and he is open to any options to consider to control the situation. CM Uddhav Thackeray has said that increased testing, partial lockdown or even a complete lockdown is fine.

The COVID-19 cases in Mumbaihave crossed the number 1,000 for nearly the sixth consecutive day, taking the total infected number of cases to 3,34,572. On Monday, however there was a slight slide down in cases 1,008 from 1,110 the previous days and 1,300 on Sunday. Death toll is currently at 11,504.

The graph of percentage had risen from 0.17 to 0.31 and the cases doubling time has reduced drastically from 417 days to 225 days. A total of 17, 849 cases were tested on Monday. Now the total number of COVID-19 infected cases is at 34,34,610.
