Wall Of Thoughts: A human body experiences several changes each day, internally and externally. Changes, we may not realize take place. Likewise, a human mind experiences a couple of emotions each day, but we may not necessarily know what?
Sometimes, we don’t understand what is going on within ourselves. We may not know, what it is that we’re feeling and perhaps why are we feeling this way. We may not know, how to acknowledge or honor these strange emotions, that have eventually crept in. This emotional unrest may leave us feeling unhappy or low on energy. Perhaps, we may not feel like ourselves.

On being asked about it, we may realize, somehow, there aren’t enough words for us to address it. Not because we’re hesitant to talk about our emotions, but merely because we lack knowledge ourselves. This feeling of unrest may not make sense to us.
On days like these, when everything feels wrong, please know it’s alright. Your feelings are valid. You’re allowed to feel the way you do. It is not necessary to make sense out of everything in life. You don’t have to label your emotions. All you have to do it is honor it’s presence, let it settle down.
