Dry Cough Remedies : Dry cough due to changing weather disturbs us. When a cough starts, it troubles you for a minute. Then the cough increases so much that there is a sore throat and pain. In such a season, dry cough is caused by various different reasons such as viral infection, cold or flu. Sometimes a dry cough is also caused by allergies.
What is Dry Cough after all?
During this type of cough, there is no phlegm (Mucus) from the throat, but cough starts with a strong knock. The throat tube becomes dry due to which there is a feeling of irritation and restlessness in the throat. Dry cough troubles the person more at night. Due to swelling in the throat, there is difficulty in breathing at night while sleeping.
Do this remedy to get rid of Dry Cough:-
Add ginger and turmeric in milk: –
Boil turmeric and ginger in milk, and to sweeten the milk, add honey or jaggery to it, then filter the milk. This milk will benefit you in reducing your cough.
Take basil leaves (Tulsi Leave):-
We all know that basil (Tulsi) leaves are helpful in some diseases. Boil basil(Tulsi) in water and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning, the water gives relief to the throat from pain, then squeezing the basil juice and adding ginger juice to it also gives relief.
