Gadget Insights: As per reports, Google is busy developing its new OS called Fuchsia, whose developer preview will be soon released online. Fuchsia will be an open-source project allowing developers to download the source code of the software. The first release of source codes was in January and developers can download the code for free.

At first Google said that the OS would not be running on Linux but later said that there are proposals to make this OS compatible with Linux platforms as well. The new OS will be compatible with a wide range of devices like in laptop, mobile phones, smart devices and other new generations Internet of Things devices.
The new branch of source code that was released in January was named releases/F1 and this source code is said to be the first milestone in development of the Fuchsia OS. Following the release of the first source code in January, it released the second set of source codes termed releases/F2 and a bug fixed version termed/named F3 within six weeks.
