Latest News: Kia introduces virtual consultation service – Digi Connect to connect with dealers via online. Kia India introduced its new Digi-Connect digital service to expand on its contactless, virtual sales service through the pandemic times.

The carmaker says that the new application will be used offer a plethora of options, aside from allowing customers to interact with staff from their nearest dealership.
Aside from simple one to one interaction, customers will be able to add in family members from across the world to the online discussions, in an attempt to provide a showroom-like experience just online.

Kia also says that the platform will provide customers several other additional options as well like 360-degree virtual experience through video call, screen, video sharing and with sharing of brochures, pricelist to encourage sales in this time.
Interested customers can fill out the required details under Kia Digi-Connect on the Kia India website selecting the date and time of the video conference.
Kia has had a quiet year of 2021 until now, having recently launched updated versions of the Seltos and Sonet SUVs featuring the brand’s new logo along with revised variants and some additional kits. Kia recently introduced a buyback scheme for its Carnival MPV offering new customers the choice to return the vehicles within 30 days of purchase in case of dissatisfaction with the vehicle.

The carmaker’s next big launch for the Indian market is expected in this same year – arrival of an all-new model. The new model is expected to be also an MPV based on Seltos to rival the Maruti Suzuki’s Ertiga and XL6.
