Coronavirus India: BJP MP from Karnataka and Minister of State for Railways in the Modi Cabinet, Suresh Angadi died today from Corona.
65-year-old Suresh Angadi came to Corona test positive on 11 September. After which he was admitted to Delhi AIIMS.
He is the first Minister in the Modi government who has died from Corona.
Recalling Suresh Angadi the President, the Prime Minister and all the people from opposition parties have expressed their views on Twitter.
President Ramnath Kovind tweeted and said, I am shocked at the news of untimely demise of Union Minister and Senior MP Shri Suresh Angadi. This is a tragic loss of the public service sector, especially to the people of Karnataka. My heartfelt condolences to his heartbroken family, colleagues.
The same, Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted that, Shri Suresh Angadi was an exceptional worker who worked hard to make the party strong in Karnataka. He was a devoted MP and effective minister, acclaimed across the spectrum. His death is sad. My thoughts are with his family and friends in this hour of grief. Peace.
