World News: With 107 on board Pakistan International Airlines Airbus A320 crashed in residential area near Karachi.
The incident took place today at evening near Karachi where it supposed to be landing Jinnah International Airport the flight took off from Lahore at around 1 in the afternoon.

The Pakistan Airlines flight was carrying 99 passengers and 8 crew members. The civil aviation authority of Pakistan has said that the pilot called in a mayday saying that he had lost an engine. He was attempting to land when the plane crashed. Official said there are 2 survivor in the crash with minor injuries.
According to the PIA official, pilot of Pakistan Airlines – informed the air traffic control that he was having problems with the landing gear before the aircraft disappeared from the radar.
“We have lost an engine…. Mayday, Mayday, Mayday,” the pilot is heard calmly telling the traffic controllers who told him to land on any of the two runways that had been left open for him.
