Pune: Amid the second phase of lockdown imposed in Pune from July 13 to July 23, in order to curb the spread of Coronavirus pandemic, Maharashtra Police, on Monday, was checking vehicles in Pune.
The lockdown has been imposed in two phases; the first phase of lockdown was from July 13 to July18, while the second phase of lockdown was from July 18 to July 23.

Pune has recorded about 51,885 positive Coronavirus cases till today, along with 1,343 deaths. There are about 310,455 total no. Of cases in the state of Maharashtra, said the Union Health Minister.
In addition, Maharashtra continues to be the most affected state due to the Coronavirus with about 11,854 fatalities.
