BCCI president Sourav Ganguly home quarantined himself after his elder brother Snehasish Ganguly tested positive for Covid-19 on late Wednesday.
In the recent interview Sourav Ganguly mentioned that his brother visits the factories daily so he’s at a greater risk of getting the virus.

“The reports arrived late in the evening. As per health protocols, even Sourav will have to be in home quarantine for a stipulated period,”- According to PTI
Along with Snehasish Ganguly, Avishek Dalmiya president of CAB (Cricket Association of Bengal) home quarantined himself, because he had came in contact with Snehasish Ganguly who is the association’s general secretary.
“Yes, I would be undergoing home quarantine as per required protocol, “Dalmiya said on Thursday.
According to the PTI report, former Bengal cricketer Snehasish Ganguly, is in a city hospital from Wednesday night.
“He was suffering from fever for the last few days and his test report came positive today. He’s been admitted to Belle Vue Hospital,” a CAB official told PTI.
