Also, cinema halls, theater, multiplexes will work only with 50% capacity. That means half the seats will be vacant and only of half the audience will be able to enjoy the film.

According to the guidelines, after October 15, the state government can open schools and coaching institutes according to their own convenience. States will need the approval of the students’ parents during their decision.

Also, the government has said that online / distance learning will continue as it was and will be encouraged. Schools that are allowed to open must compulsorily comply with the SOP to be issued by the education departments of the states / UTs.

If we talk about the gathering of people, then according to the guidelines, now more than 100 people can get jammed. Before that, for the social, educational, sports, entertainment, cultural, religious, political activities of the central government 100 people were allowed to gather, but now after October 15, more than 100 people will be able to attend such events. But for this the following condition will be applied

According to the Home Ministry, only 50 per cent of the hall’s capacity will be allowed to be used in a closed space, where a maximum of 200 people will be able to gather here. Wearing face masks in such places, following social distance, arrangement of thermal screening and provision of sanitizer and hand wash will be necessary condition.

It will be necessary to follow social distance, wearing face mask, thermal screening and hand sanitizer keeping in view the size of the field / place in open spaces.
