TRP update : New Shows bangs TRP chart, Old shows failed to impress

Cinematic Bollywood: Week 46 reports many up and down in Hindi serials TRP chart. On every Thursday, BARC releases TRP of the shows according to their performance in the previous week. New shows grab surprising TRP’s, but shows like Naagin 5, TMKOC failed to impress the audience.

In top 5, Anupama was at first position followed by Kundali Bhagya. Star Plus new show ‘I Lie’ impressed the audience and the show is able to get 2.2 TRP with fourth position in the chart. Experts review the show as ‘old wine in a new bottle’. Show has a new story but goes in an interesting way.

Also, TMKOC is out of the top 5. Show grabs 1.9 TRP. Also, Naagin 5 lost its performance with 1.3. Reality shows perform as usual. ‘India’s Best Dancer’ final week got good TRP. Big Boss and KBC also got good responses from the audience. Sab TV’s new show Kaatelal and Sons got 0.8 TRP which is good as compared to other shows on the channel.

This week also, Star Plus got first position in Hindi Serials channel. Channels three shows Anupama, I Lie and Yeh Hai Chahatein Arron top 5. Zee TV is in second position and Sab TV is in third position.
